Upshift Social Agency was founded by ex-Anomaly NY creatives Jordan Aucella and Nicholas Aucella. Raised in Connecticut and sharpened by 15+ years in New York City advertising, they built their careers inside high-performance brand environments. The work demanded strategy, positioning, campaign thinking, cross-channel execution, and the ability to produce marketing that delivered measurable business outcomes.

At Anomaly NY, Jordan and Nicholas worked on major social and campaign work for brands including Chevrolet, Starbucks, Target, and Kinder. That meant more than producing content. It meant helping build the strategic direction behind campaigns, shaping the creative systems that kept brands moving consistently across channels, and developing work strong enough to earn deeper client investment.
